What You'll Do
  • Communicates with and helps residents in Russian.
  • Learns and works in the OneSite environment for running reports and inputting information.
  • Assists with the move-in process
  • Reports weekly census to the accountable party.
  • Assists with 120-day lease recertification notifications.
  • Prepares leases, lease recertifications, and necessary correspondence required.
  • Makes appointments for residents' annual income recertification and lease renewals.
  • Confirms that all necessary forms and leases have been signed by residents as required.
  • Maintains resident file integrity
  • Responsible for managing the data entry of the waiting list and sending out application packets.
  • Manages mass mailings of annual review of waiting list applicants and/or marketing materials.
  • Makes recommendations for process improvement
  • Performs other clerical duties as assigned to support Housing Management Services.
  • Performs all tasks listed above, and additional assigned tasks, with confidentiality.

What You'll Bring
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • At least a high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • There is an expectation that prior to the employee's second employment anniversary with CJE, they will complete the National Center for Housing Management Certified Occupancy Specialist online course and receive the Certified Occupancy Specialist certification. Housing Management Services will pay for this course, and up to two attempts at certification. Once completed, they will be eligible for future promotion.

Preferred qualifications
  • At least a bachelor's degree is preferred.
