Position
RPR is seeking an Executive Assistant who will work directly with our President handling day-to-day administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, takes initiative and exercises good judgment. Must have experience with C-Level partners
Salary range for this role is 70K - 100K - Commensurate on experience
This position is onsite - Monday - Friday in our Midtown NY Office
Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communication Management: Screening calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries.
  • Meeting Preparation: Preparing agendas, presentations, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Project Management: Assisting with special projects and initiatives.
  • Information Management: Maintaining files, records, and databases.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience supporting a senior level executive in a corporate office environment
