  • Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs.
  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications.
  • Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.
