Job description

This position requires previous experience with washing windows and frames on high-rise buildings using various types of aerial lift equipment. Additional experience with caulking, painting, waterproofing, or pressure washing is a huge plus, but not required.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Willing to pay Top Dollar for highly experienced individuals!
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain high-rise windows using appropriate techniques, equipment and cleaning chemicals
  • Safely operate aerial boom lift platforms, swing stages, and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as squeegees, ladders, power washers, water-fed poles, long poles, and basic window cleaning equipment
  • Inspect windows for cracks, chips, or other damage before cleaning and report to the appropriate person
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meet customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in window cleaning
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, products used, and any issues encountered
Requirements:
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
  • Proven experience as a Professional High Rise Window Cleaner
  • Strong knowledge of window cleaning techniques and equipment. Specifically lift equipment such as aerial boom lifts, swing stages, etc.
  • Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safely
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stand on your feet for a full work day
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
  • Able to work with your arms above your head
  • Able to bend and squat to ground level
