Responsibilities

Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for a Rodbuster. Below are the main responsibilities for this position.  

(This description may not include all duties required of this position)

  • Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete
  • Use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, and hand tools. 
  • Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
  •  1-2 years Commercial Rod Buster/Rebar Ironworker experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must be able to work at elevated heights up to 50 ft
