Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing standardized tests and clinical judgment to evaluate individual rehabilitative needs.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that focus on achieving patient-specific goals, ensuring engagement and motivation throughout the therapy process.
  • Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on home programs to support patients' recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to share patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Guide and educate patients and their families on the proper use of therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and prosthetic devices to enhance recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and relevant communications in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Prioritize your caseload effectively, ensuring optimal patient coverage and support during all shifts.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults rehabilitating after surgeries, and geriatric patients seeking improved mobility. Your expertise will help navigate varying conditions such as post-operative recovery, chronic pain, neuromuscular disorders, and more. The focus will always remain on delivering effective, patient-centered care that results in meaningful improvements in daily functioning.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
  • A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy is advantageous but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Motion Mastery Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
