Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery for a nursing job in Nacogdoches, Texas.

This position may be qualified for a sign-on bonus.

Directs nursing service activities of the Labor and Delivery Department. Renders specialized professional nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery. Treats patients and their families with courtesy and respect. Creates a trusting attitude in both parents towards nursing and helps them accept their responsibility as parents. In support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Work encompasses direct and indirect patient care.

Minimum Education: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Minimum Experience: RN with a minimum of 1 year of L&D experience required
Required Certification: BLS, NRP, ACLS & Fetal Monitoring required**
Required Licensure: Valid Texas RN license
