Located at 212 Ellen St., Oneonta, TLC Nursing Center is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team.
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to our residents. You will collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote resident well-being and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Supervisor:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and coordination of care. Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Conducting regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care delivery, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Assisting with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
