Work EnvironmentMedical spas, dermatology clinicsHospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities
Employer & IndustrySkincare clinics, aesthetic centersHospitals, healthcare organizations

Full Time Rn Skin Care professionals focus on skincare treatments in aesthetic settings, requiring specialized training in skin procedures. Is it better to be an RN or NP in aesthetics?

Full Time RNs in aesthetics typically focus on skincare treatments, patient care, and assisting with procedures, often requiring licensure and specific certifications. NPs have advanced training, allowing them to diagnose, prescribe, and perform more complex procedures, which can lead to higher autonomy and earning potential. The choice depends on career goals, desired scope of practice, and additional education requirements.
