Full-time Nights LPN or RN - Hillcrest Millard
Location: Hillcrest Millard
Address: 13225 Westwood Lane, Omaha, NE 68144
Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Starting Pay: RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an LPN or RN to join our team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE.
Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha's premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, and quality care to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and receive support in a welcoming environment.
What You'll Get to Do
  • Provide quality nursing care and support for guests and residents
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
  • Monitor guest and resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
  • Support guests and residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
  • Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely
  • Communicate with guests, residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Help create a positive, supportive environment for guests, residents, and team members

What We're Looking For
  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
