Full Time or PRN | $8,000 Bonus | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Sevierville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

$8,000 Bonus for Full Time!


RN Requirements
  • -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
  • -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
  • -Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

RN Responsibilities
  • -Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
  • -Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • -Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
  • -Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • -Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
