What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
