Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Position: Full-time, day-shift position with on-call rotation responsibilities

No scheduled weekend or holiday shifts with the exception of phone triage during scheduled on-call rotation

Due to an upcoming retirement, Valley VNA Assisted Living is seeking a full-time, compassionate RN who shares our passion & dedication for service and support with our residents and care teams with our assisted living communities. Working collaboratively with 2 other, full-time RNs, the ideal candidate must possess strong nursing/clinical assessment skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and critical thinking abilities. Additionally, the candidate must support our mission-focused, person-directed life foundations of care and support.

Summary of Duties:

Clinical resource for residents, their families, and our care teams
Assessment skills to evaluate resident's needs or changes in condition
Participate & collaborate in quality and clinical improvement projects
Participate in service plan meetings with residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team
Process & monitor pharmaceutical program for residents
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team for initial and ongoing staff education


Experience:

At least one year experience as an RN
Experience in aging services
License: Valid RN license through the State of Wisconsin
