Job description

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our NICU to provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill and premature newborns. The RN will perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, manage ventilators and IV therapies, administer medications, and respond to emergencies using evidence-based protocols. Responsibilities include collaborating with neonatologists and the care team, educating and supporting families, maintaining accurate EHR documentation, and upholding strict safety and infection-control standards in a high-acuity, mission-driven environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
