We are currently seeking a compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Night Shift team.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established protocols and procedures.

- Conduct assessments to determine residents' health status and assist in developing personalized care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.

- Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying the appropriate medical personnel of any changes.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Qualifications:

- Valid Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) / Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.
