Continental Manor is a well-established, resident-focused skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Blanchester. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team. Position: Full-Time RN Supervisor
Location: Continental Manor – Blanchester, OH

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments

  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nurses and STNAs

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams
