  • Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the College Station area.
  • Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and facilities.
  • Complete routine visits, admissions(RN), and recertifications(RN).
  • Develop and update individualized plans of care(RN).
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
