Job Title: Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Multiple Locations, NY & PA

Shifts: Standard Physician Schedule, with occasional travel and call coverage as needed

Salary: $340000 - $550000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a high-volume, well-established practice providing comprehensive adult and pediatric care. The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained, demonstrates leadership experience, and is passionate about patient care, education, and advancing clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide adult and pediatric ENT care including head & neck surgery, rhinology, and otology

  • Participate in both outpatient and surgical services with support from advanced practice providers

  • Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Engage in program development and quality improvement initiatives

  • Utilize and document patient care in an EHR system (Epic)

  • Participate in clinical and academic conferences, research, and professional development opportunities

Education:

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD, DO, or equivalent)

  • Completed residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery

  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty is preferred

Additional Information:

  • Travel: Occasional, as needed for practice coverage
