The RHCSA is a credential offered by Red Hat that demonstrates a person’s ability to perform core system administration skills required in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. Full Time RHCSAs are often responsible for tasks such as installing and configuring Linux systems, managing users and security, and supporting server operations in enterprise settings. This role is critical in organizations that rely on Red Hat Linux for their IT infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with ISSO/ISSM and security staff to ensure all system changes comply with RMF (Risk Management Framework) and local security policies.

Desktop Support & IT Lifecycle Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software applications.

  • Provide desktop support for Windows workstations, resolving complex user issues and deploying new hardware/software.
