Job description

Position Summary

The cleaning staff will be responsible for performing deep cleaning and maintaining the assigned areas of a restaurant in good condition. Tasks may vary, so flexibility and willingness are required to complete assigned duties.

Essential Duties

This position may include kitchen cleaning, front-of-house cleaning, or both.

Kitchen Cleaning:

  • Clean kitchen equipment
  • Rinse and disinfect floors and surfaces
  • Wash walls, shelves, and handles
  • Polish metal surfaces
  • Perform any other task necessary to maintain an "A" sanitation grade

Front-of-House Cleaning:

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms
  • Empty trash and take it to the designated area
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
  • Dust lamps, window sills, and all horizontal surfaces
  • Clean and polish metal fixtures and shiny surfaces

General Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules and internal policies
  • Perform other assigned tasks
  • Job duties may be modified at any time

Requirements

  • Commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Restaurant cleaning experience valued

Deberes Esenciales:

Este puesto puede incluir tareas de limpieza de cocina, limpieza del frente del restaurante, o ambas.

Limpieza de Cocina:

  • Limpieza de equipos de cocina
  • Enjuague y desinfección de pisos y superficies
  • Lavado de paredes, estantes y manijas
  • Pulido de superficies metálicas
  • Realizar cualquier otra tarea necesaria para mantener un estándar de calificación sanitaria tipo "A"

Limpieza del Frente del Restaurante:

  • Limpieza y desinfección de baños
  • Vaciar la basura y llevarla al área designada
  • Barrer, aspirar y trapear los pisos
  • Sacudir el polvo de lámparas, alfeizares de ventanas y todas las superficies horizontales
  • Limpiar y pulir accesorios metálicos y superficies brillantes

Responsabilidades Generales:
