Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Help our residents recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life!

At The Healthcare Resort of Plano, we are committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation and compassionate care in a resort-style environment. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outstanding therapy team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Accurately document treatments, patient progress, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs.

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong documentation and time management abilities.

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but not required.

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
