CAR PORTER WANTED – $16.50/HR – JOIN THE TEAM AT Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Car Porter to join our growing team at Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping a dealership running smoothly and professionally.

As a Car Porter, you will be responsible for moving, parking, organizing, and maintaining vehicles throughout the dealership while ensuring the lot remains clean, safe, and customer-ready at all times.

PAY:

  • $16.50 per hour

  • Full-time opportunity

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Move vehicles between the showroom, service department, storage areas, and customer pick-up locations

  • Park and organize vehicles on the dealership lot safely and efficiently

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles on the lot

  • Assist with keeping the dealership grounds neat, organized, and professional

  • Run dealership errands and off-site driving assignments when needed

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks including fueling vehicles, checking fluids, jump-starting batteries, and tire pressure checks

  • Track vehicle locations and document vehicle conditions accurately

  • Handle dealership and customer vehicles responsibly at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
