This position offers a flexible remote work setting, enabling a work-life balance that promotes both personal and professional well-being. While you will primarily work from home, you may occasionally connect with colleagues and clients through our outpatient office located in Edison, New Jersey. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in alignment with ethical and legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for clients' rights and needs effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Our client base consists of individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds. We cater to a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to employ culturally sensitive approaches to treatment, ensuring that each client feels understood and valued.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a collaborative team environment.
• A strong commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting, including outpatient services, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic interventions is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing treatment outcome measures and assessment tools to guide clinical decision-making.
