• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, developing personalized treatment plans based on empirical evidence and solution-focused interventions. This involves gathering vital patient history and understanding their unique circumstances.
• Execute therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other specialized methodologies to promote healing and enhance patients' coping mechanisms.
• Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring all documentation is current and precise.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case meetings that contribute to comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and simulated support to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources available to them.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research, integrating these insights into your practice for optimal patient outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our diverse clientele ranges from adults seeking therapy to those at various stages of rehabilitation. Your ability to create tailored approaches that resonate with each patient's unique background, culture, and experiences can have a profound effect on their recovery process.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, highlighting your educational background and commitment to the social work profession.
• An active license to practice as a Clinical Master Social Worker (MSW), demonstrating adherence to industry standards and ethical practices.
