• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to meet the specific objectives and goals of clients.
• Intervene during crises by offering immediate support and stabilization strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client progress records by documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to provide holistic care and maximize outcomes for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights to ensure they receive appropriate care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will tailor your approach to be culturally competent, ensuring that you accommodate the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients while addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• A valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) within California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment techniques and diagnostic skills is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
