The role is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with patients. Moreover, the operational hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential evening shifts to meet patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and diagnose patients' psychological conditions.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and reflective of clients' unique circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to address individual patient concerns.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional well-being and the development of effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic, integrated care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and care of patients in distress.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to contribute to ongoing discussions of patient care.
• Stay informed of the latest research, treatment methodologies, and regulatory changes within the mental health field.

• Proficiency in conducting detailed mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in delivering mental health counseling is preferred.
• Expertise in delivering both individual and group therapy, employing multiple therapeutic approaches and adapting as necessary.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and experience in high-pressure environments are highly regarded.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building therapeutic relationships with patients.
