In your role as an LPC, you will be engaged in various activities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting Individual Counseling: Engage with clients during teletherapy sessions to explore their mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster dialogue and reflection.
• Developing Treatment Plans: After assessing client needs, you will create personalized treatment strategies that align with their unique circumstances and desired outcomes.
• Staying Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest counseling methodologies and best practices to enhance the quality of care offered to clients.
• Collaborating with Other Professionals: When necessary, refer clients to psychiatrists, group therapy sessions, or other relevant mental health resources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Fostering Client Relationships: Maintain a warm and engaging demeanor during sessions to build trust and rapport with clients, enabling them to open up about their most sensitive issues.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong ability to establish rapport, making clients feel comfortable sharing intimate details of their lives.
• Commitment to delivering tailored treatment approaches that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms will be advantageous. A background in trauma-informed care and experience with diverse populations will enrich your interactions with our clients.
