As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused methods.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to engage clients in their treatment journey.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and our organizational standards.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient while participating in peer supervision and case consultations.
• Providing education on mental health and addiction recovery to patients and their families, facilitating access to community resources and support networks.
• Staying current with advancements in mental health research and practices to continuously refine your clinical skills and improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of individuals affected by substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Many of our clients come from various backgrounds and may have complex needs that require a tailored approach to treatment. Your contributions will play a vital role in transforming lives and supporting individuals as they navigate their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a demonstrated focus on psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
• Proficient in advanced therapeutic methodologies and committed to applying evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, promoting effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities that facilitate informed decision-making in patient care.
• Ability to operate effectively within a remote team environment and manage therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

• Experience working in addiction treatment settings, including detoxification and recovery programs.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual care delivery models.
• Advanced training in specialized therapeutic techniques related to substance use or trauma-informed care.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
