• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status to understand their unique challenges and strengths.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility, especially for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.

Our client population comprises individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory, though a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective rapport with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a virtual environment.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, more extensive experience with trauma-informed care or group therapy facilitation will be advantageous. Adaptability in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with documentation systems are also preferred.
