• Conduct remote individual therapy sessions using our user-friendly online platform, fostering a supportive environment for clients to express and address their mental health concerns.
• Work closely with clients to identify their unique mental health needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans aimed at achieving effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Continuously monitor client progress through regular assessments, adjusting therapeutic techniques and strategies as necessary to optimize treatment efficacy and promote goal attainment.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in accordance with organizational protocols, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals when necessary to deliver comprehensive and holistic care tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with best practices, new methodologies, and legislative developments in the mental health field.

In this role, you will be supporting a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to developing coping strategies tailored to each client’s specific situation, which may also include families and couples requiring therapeutic intervention. This variety not only enriches your professional experience but also enhances your ability to provide impactful care.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is mandatory, with qualifications including but not limited to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• A strong understanding of mental health issues and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize telehealth technologies and platforms for effective client engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a collaborative member of a remote team.

• Experience providing individual therapy through telehealth platforms, with a focus on client-centered, strengths-based approaches.
• Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems and adhering to documentation best practices.
• A background in a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques that can be adapted to client needs.

Calibrated Diagnostic and Behavioral Services offers a competitive salary with an annual range of USD 80,000 to 100,000.
