This full-time position provides the flexibility of a remote work setting. You will primarily engage with patients, medical professionals, and support staff through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, utilizing evidence-based tools to inform treatment planning.
• Provide tailored, short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, specifically designed to address urgent mental health requirements.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that focus on relevant issues, including coping strategies, stress management, and personal development.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, integrating insights from medical departments and community resources to enhance patient care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and facilitating wellness events that promote community engagement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with prevailing ethical standards and legal regulations.

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your therapeutic approach will be pivotal in guiding patients through their struggles, focusing on holistic recovery and resilience.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues specific to hospital settings and the unique needs of patients in a detox environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suited for a high-stakes environment.
• Adept at managing a varied caseload, with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• At least three years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a hospital or detox setting.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Background in outreach education and community engagement pertaining to mental health topics.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
