Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team in a remote role. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, and includes the opportunity for a sign-on bonus. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support and psychotherapy to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges while enhancing their overall well-being.

This position allows for a flexible remote work environment, empowering you to balance personal commitments while impacting the lives of clients. Our work hours are from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, and we can accommodate various shift preferences, including both 4x10 and 5x8 schedules. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, your essential duties will include:

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy, tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Conducting comprehensive client interviews to gather insights on their social, personal, and health-related circumstances.
• Evaluating client issues and developing treatment plans within your scope of practice.
• Coordinating programs and activities focused on meeting clients' emotional and social needs.
• Facilitating crisis interventions and short-term resolutions while referring clients to community resources as necessary.
• Maintaining a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect and trust.
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of treatment services delivered to clients.
• Documenting all findings and treatment plans accurately in client records, adhering to established protocols.
• Managing a varied caseload consistent with organizational standards and ensuring all documentation is current.
• Providing clinical counseling and support for clients experiencing a range of behavioral health concerns.
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele facing an array of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family conflicts, and grief. Your expertise will contribute directly to providing empowering and therapeutic interventions that support clients in overcoming their personal adversities and achieving healthier lifestyles.

The ideal candidate for the LCSW position will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.
• A solid foundation in clinical practices, ethical standards, and best practices in social work.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the social work field, particularly in psychiatric or community health settings.
• Prior counseling experience dealing with behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, addiction, relationship issues, and family therapy.
