Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team in a remote role. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, and includes the opportunity for a sign-on bonus. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support and psychotherapy to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges while enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, your essential duties will include:

  • Providing individual and group psychotherapy, tailored to the unique needs of clients.

  • Evaluating client issues and developing treatment plans within your scope of practice.
