As a member of the Onward Healing Therapy team, you will utilize advanced telehealth technology to conduct sessions, collaborate in virtual team meetings, and maintain detailed documentation in secure client management systems. Our telehealth platform ensures easy access to confidential therapy for clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Facilitate continuous collaboration with clients to set and achieve their mental health objectives, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and secure records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and enhance service delivery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.
• Valid and active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• A high level of organizational skills, allowing for independent management of your caseload while adhering to deadlines.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience working as a mental health counselor, providing therapy in a variety of settings.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and a strong comfort level using technology for service delivery and record-keeping.
• A background in working with individuals from diverse and underserved communities is highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
