This role is designed for a full-time therapist who will operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work hours while maintaining a structured schedule to meet clients' needs. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of assigned clients.
• Develop and complete comprehensive documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized aftercare plans that bolster ongoing success beyond program completion.
• Engage in regular outreach and follow-ups with families, external clinicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards while managing client caseloads effectively.

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, co-occurring disorders, trauma-affected clients, and those seeking guidance in marital and familial conflicts. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic techniques will empower clients to navigate their personal challenges and achieve lasting positive outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in New York is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental and behavioral health settings, especially those involving co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapies, or substance abuse treatment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with digital documentation systems and telehealth technology to enhance virtual therapy delivery.
• Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients.
• Background in continuing education or training in trauma-informed practices and evidence-based therapy models.

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
