PAY RANGE:
ADEC Solutions uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established considering the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements and the geographic location differential. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST with overtime available at times (After training period).
The Freight Processor position is a critical part of our operations, encompassing multiple jobs related to freight data management. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle diverse tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter freight data into the systems provided, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and quality before final submission.
- Manage multiple freight processing tasks, as the role encompasses various jobs within the freight data workflow.
- Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure data integrity.
- Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and handle workload efficiently.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues found during data review to the appropriate team members.
- Hourly production rates will be required to be met after training period
Required Skills
- Strong ability to accurately enter and review data.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Familiarity with data entry systems and freight processing workflows is a plus.
- Microsoft Office experience required
- File Sharing knowledge required
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
High Speed Internet is required
Pre-employment skills-based training will be required after the initial interview.
