About the Role
This is a fully remote position but currently only accepting applicants from New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky and Georgia. Applicants outside of these areas will be auto-rejected.

PAY RANGE:

ADEC Solutions uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established considering the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements and the geographic location differential. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST with overtime available at times (After training period).
The Freight Processor position is a critical part of our operations, encompassing multiple jobs related to freight data management. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle diverse tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. If you are organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working remotely, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter freight data into the systems provided, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and quality before final submission.
  • Manage multiple freight processing tasks, as the role encompasses various jobs within the freight data workflow.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure data integrity.
  • Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and handle workload efficiently.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues found during data review to the appropriate team members.
  • Hourly production rates will be required to be met after training period
Required Skills
  • Strong ability to accurately enter and review data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Familiarity with data entry systems and freight processing workflows is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • File Sharing knowledge required
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
High Speed Internet is required
Pre-employment skills-based training will be required after the initial interview.
