Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments of patients through clinical interviews and standardized tools to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions with couples and family members, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Addressing a range of critical issues including alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
  • Implementing therapeutic strategies aimed at alleviating job stress, blended family dynamics, separation and divorce transitions, and adjustment challenges.
  • Regularly documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participating in team meetings and case consultations to collaboratively enhance treatment efficacy and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents, who present a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering healthy relationships and guiding families to improved mental wellness. You will be instrumental in addressing complex issues such as separation and divorce dynamics, grief processing, and communication barriers, ensuring that all therapeutic engagements are client-centered and conducive to healing.

Qualifications
