• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues among others. Your ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to suit different demographics and individual situations will be essential in promoting positive client outcomes.

• Must hold a valid mental health therapy license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a cooperative team member.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
