Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through our secure online platform, allowing for convenient access while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assess client needs comprehensively and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific mental health goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement and support.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, utilizing our integrated system to track progress and changes in treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Spectrum, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure in Arizona as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience providing one-on-one therapy to clients, showcasing your ability to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology effectively, especially in a remote counseling setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
