Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions utilizing our online platform, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and providing ongoing feedback to help clients reach their goals.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, timely records to comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive care and coordinate services for clients when needed.
• Uphold all ethical and legal standards while delivering mental health services, ensuring that all client interactions are conducted with utmost professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding their unique circumstances and backgrounds will allow you to employ tailored therapeutic approaches that align with their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is mandatory, with any of the following credentials accepted:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Demonstrated capability and confidence in conducting therapy sessions remotely.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team spirit.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual therapy is preferred, particularly in virtual settings.
• A strong background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches will be an asset.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness techniques, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive pay structure, our benefits package includes:
