• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' concerns and needs, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's needs and preferences.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments or face geographic or mobility barriers, ensuring access to essential mental health support.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Professional, including options such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor when addressing client experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities, contributing to the smooth handling of caseloads and essential administrative duties.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing counseling and psychotherapy to clients with varying mental health needs.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness-based therapies.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools, ensuring effective virtual client engagement.
