Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform treatment strategies and monitor patient progress.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure cohesive care delivery for all clients.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of current trends in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, families, and couples, dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Our patients come from various backgrounds, and our practice emphasizes cultural competence and individualized care to better serve each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois, with no restrictions.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly valued.
  • Experience using telehealth platforms to engage with clients effectively.
  • A foundational understanding of legal and ethical considerations in clinical practice.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional incentives include a sign-on bonus and performance-based bonuses.
