Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including social workers, psychologists, and other health professionals, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance clinical practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Offer feedback and recommendations on therapy practices based on client outcomes and experiences, helping to shape the standard of care provided.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Access Healing Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong technological proficiency, including experience with telehealth platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and office productivity tools, particularly Google Suite.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing telehealth or remote counseling services, with a demonstrated track record of adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual platforms.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, couples, or individuals experiencing trauma would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy) and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
