Our organizational culture values respect, integrity, and collaboration, promoting a supportive atmosphere for both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances and reflect their personal values.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a diverse range of issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.
  • Foster a nurturing and trusting environment that encourages open communication between clients and facilitates their emotional growth.
  • Engage in active collaboration with other clinicians, mental health professionals, and case management teams to ensure that clients receive holistic and effective care.

  • Stay informed and proactive in expanding your expertise in specialized areas of interest, such as adolescent therapy, trauma-informed care, or couples counseling through continued education and training.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues. Our patient population includes those dealing with relationship challenges, emotional disorders, trauma, and life transitions. We believe in providing a culturally competent approach to therapy, recognizing the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, and adapting our methods accordingly.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the state of Maryland.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills necessary to support effective therapeutic practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a cohesive team in a dynamic therapeutic environment.
  • Thorough understanding of ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and legal regulations governing therapeutic practices.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in clinical practices.
  • Experience working with specific client populations, such as adolescents or families undergoing crisis situations, is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, tools, or software systems relevant to remote therapy practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary packages, Psyche Counseling LLC offers a comprehensive benefits program that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance to ensure your physical well-being.
