This position allows you to work remotely, granting you the autonomy to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As a fully remote telehealth position, you will conduct video sessions that eliminate travel time, enabling you to focus entirely on your clients. • Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to discuss their mental health status, provide support, and identify pathways for improvement.
• Facilitate open and honest dialogue, encouraging clients to express their emotions and experiences to foster deeper self-understanding and awareness in their relationships.
• Act as a client advocate by collaborating with individuals to identify, set, and achieve their personal mental health goals.
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that utilize a solution-based approach, integrating best practices from your clinical expertise.
• Utilize telehealth technologies adeptly to manage your appointments and client documentation efficiently.

The primary focus for this role is on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Our clients typically present as stable and low-acuity, which allows you to implement preventative measures and promote wellness rather than crisis intervention. By providing them with valuable skills and strategies, you will contribute to their overall improvement in quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software necessary for remote counseling, including video conferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and make informed treatment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

We seek motivated individuals who have experience in clinical mental health counseling, particularly in telehealth settings. Experience working with adult populations and familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities will be beneficial. A history of providing client-centered treatment that emphasizes empowerment and growth is highly desirable.
