As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of meaningful duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the ongoing needs of clients and developing individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans.
• Regularly monitoring treatment effectiveness through structured reviews and client feedback to ensure quality and relevance.
• Facilitating skill-building exercises that enhance life skills, including problem-solving, coping mechanisms, and effective communication.
• Working with clients to promote the practice of daily living skills while also instilling a sense of community engagement and activity.
• Serving as a dedicated advocate for clients, guiding them through available community resources and support services.

Your primary focus will be on assisting adults who require support in managing mental health conditions that impact their daily lives. You will work collaboratively with clients to foster their independence, resilience, and community integration.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently, without the need for supervision, ensuring compliance with state regulatory standards.
• No recent disciplinary actions against your licensure.

• Prior experience in direct clinical services focusing on adult mental health.
