This is a remote position focused on telehealth services, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical records, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Utilize recommended evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support strategies and therapeutic interventions.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Act as a liaison with service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to enhance the support network available to clients.
• Foster open communication channels to meet contract requirements and promote the agency’s mission within the community.
• Advocate for programs and services by building relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, seeking collaboration and partnership opportunities.
• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and participating in relevant committees, to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Work closely with the Clinic Director to fulfill additional responsibilities as necessary and contribute to the overall success of our mental health services.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges related to mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities. Your role will be essential in providing empathetic, individualized support that is culturally sensitive and aligned with the specific needs of each client.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board must be maintained.
• Strong ability to maintain clinical records, prepare reports, and utilize data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work cohesively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Effective communication skills to express ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Judgment and decision-making skills to prioritize client needs and handle complex situations professionally.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, alongside familiarity with digital health tools.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Experience collaborating with community resources and multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
