• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy to a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health challenges and implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, abiding by agency guidelines and licensing regulations, to maintain exceptional standards of care.
• Contribute to collaborative treatment plans through active participation in interdisciplinary meetings, providing insights and fostering holistic patient recovery.

This role is instrumental in serving a broad spectrum of clients, including those experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
