About the Organization

Inner Hope and Balance Mental Healthcare is dedicated to fostering emotional wellness and recovery for our clients. We provide a breadth of therapeutic services, including support for substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injury, along with housing and residential programming. Our approach is rooted in respect, integrity, and compassion, ensuring that we offer client-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve independence and engage meaningfully with their communities.

Work Environment

As a remote telehealth facility, we have embraced advanced technology to enhance patient-care delivery. Our team thrives in a collaborative and supportive online environment where flexibility and work-life balance are prioritized. We recognize the importance of self-care and encourage our counselors to explore passion projects while delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring they address both crisis and pre-crisis situations.
  • Document sessions and progress notes promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate client records.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized positive behavior support plans that uphold client dignity and empowerment.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems, enhancing the connection and coordination of services for clients.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels to meet contractual obligations and progress the organization's mission of service.
  • Engage with local, state, and federal organizations to promote services, explore potential partnerships, and secure funding sources that bolster program sustainability.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and representing the agency at relevant events, to stay updated on best practices in the field.
  • Embark on additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, helping to ensure the overall effectiveness of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from those seeking support for emotional distress to individuals recovering from substance use disorders and those with developmental and acquired brain injuries. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their mental health challenges. Your expertise will directly contribute to fostering their resilience, shaping recovery paths, and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory for this role.
  • An Independent LMHC License is required to practice in the state of Washington.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, facilitating smooth client engagement remotely.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices that enhance patient care.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support diverse client needs.
  • Prior involvement in community outreach or relationship-building with service organizations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work, which is why we also offer monthly productivity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 403B retirement plans with a 3% match, and unique benefits like a first-time homebuyers grant and flexible scheduling options.
