• Conduct thorough assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the incorporation of both pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to all relevant regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with our clinical team to ensure best practices in assessment and intervention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to help maintain high-quality clinical standards.
• Serve as an essential liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance resource accessibility.
• Foster open communication within the organization and the broader community, promoting the agency's mission and enhancing service delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote our programs, identify potential partnerships, and secure funding opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training sessions, and participation in statewide committees relevant to mental health.
• Contribute to the integration of our agency’s core mission, values, and philosophy in all professional activities.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by the Clinic Director, ensuring a collaborative and responsive team environment.

This role centers on providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges with emotional regulation, substance use, and various developmental disabilities. You will play a critical role in enhancing the well-being and autonomy of clients through empathetic counseling and tailored support strategies.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in outpatient settings, familiarity with evidence-based practices, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment will be highly valued.
