Full Time Remote Rn information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Full Time Remote RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Full Time Remote RN, you need a valid RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and experience in telehealth or remote patient care. Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, EHR systems, and secure communication tools is essential. Excellent communication, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills help you deliver effective patient care while working independently. These skills and qualities are vital to ensure patient safety, maintain high care standards, and succeed in a remote healthcare environment.

What is a Full Time Remote RN?

A Full Time Remote RN is a registered nurse who works full time from a non-traditional setting, such as their home, using technology to provide patient care, education, and support. These nurses may work in roles like telehealth, case management, triage, or patient education, communicating with patients and healthcare teams through phone, video, or online platforms. Remote RNs must be licensed and have strong communication and technical skills to deliver high-quality care outside of a traditional clinical environment.

How do Full Time Remote RNs typically collaborate with healthcare teams and patients while working from home?

Full Time Remote RNs often use secure digital platforms to communicate with physicians, care managers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless patient care coordination. They may conduct virtual patient assessments, manage follow-ups, and document care plans electronically. While working remotely offers flexibility, it also requires strong communication skills and self-motivation to stay connected with both the team and patients. Regular virtual meetings and thorough documentation are essential to maintaining high-quality care.

Job description

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med Spa
Grow your practice with flexibility on your terms

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Maryland for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes โ€” with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Maryland, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead โ€” malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support โ€” and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means to Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities โ€” the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

  • Get first access to everything โ€” events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.
  • Represent Pinch where you live โ€” building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
  • Build your own book of clients โ€” treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best โ€” tox, microneedling,
  • chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
  • Build your client base โ€” treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
  • Own your schedule โ€” work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10โ€“20 per week.
  • Grow your business โ€” put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
  • Run a polished practice โ€” manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
Upcoming Trainings

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this โ€” but you're welcome to join.

  • July 11th & July 12th โ€” Baltimore, Maryland
  • September 19th & September 20thโ€”Bethesda, Maryland

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Active APRN license in Maryland
  • Certification in injectables โ€” or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
  • If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)

You'll thrive here if you have

  • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow your own practice

Bonus

  • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network
  • Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Benefits

Why Pinch
  • Flexibility that fits your life โ€” set a schedule that works around your priorities.
  • Built for every stage โ€” experienced injectors grow their practice with full clinical, supply, and legal support; new injectors gain confidence through live tox training and virtual sessions.
  • Top-of-market pay โ€” we cover all overhead so you keep more of what you earn.
  • Malpractice coverage included โ€” practice with peace of mind.
  • Real community โ€” collaborate with fellow Providers and build local connections through events.
  • Room to grow โ€” supplement your current role, scale gradually, or go full-time. Your call.
