• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews to create individualized treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively maintain documentation and manage therapy sessions remotely.

• At least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services, ideally in a remote or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teletherapy.
• Experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or families, is a plus.
